What’s Your Grid-Down Risk?
One live 0–100 score for any US ZIP, built from 17 federal and primary feeds — weather, wildfire, flood, air quality, seismic, and grid. Free, no account. When your area is quiet, the score says so.
How the score works
GridWatch reads live data for your ZIP from the National Weather Service, NIFC (wildfires), NOAA’s National Water Prediction Service (river flooding), EPA AirNow (air quality), USGS (earthquakes), EIA/NERC (grid stress), and PowerOutage.us. Each signal contributes capped points, weighted by severity and proximity, into a single number. NORMAL means nothing significant is active — most places, most days. WATCH, ELEVATED, and CRITICAL escalate from there.
